Attention to detail is an integral part of design, both interior and exterior.

Architectural details add integrity and depth, like a novel with developed characters. One can have a terrific idea for a story but if written with poor character development, the story will feel flat and unfinished. A poorly detailed home is much like a novel with shallow characters. When an architectural idea (materials, rhythms, geometries) is carried throughout a building, even to the smallest details, one's experience and interaction with a building, like a good book, is personal and compelling.
